Ive heard baking soda. Does that really work? Also, I heard you add the baking soda with your tooth paste. Do you put the baking soda SEPERATE from the toothpaste or WITH the toothpaste?

Answer:
First off, I’ll state that keeping your teeth healthy by going to the dentist and brushing a flossing regularly will help.
To answer your question, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda on your toothbrush will help.
Another natural tooth whitener is surprisingly Strawberries!
Rubbing a whole strawberry on your teeth and leaving it for a few minutes and then brushing your teeth (and flossing out the seeds) has been proven to whiten teeth.
Weird, but true!

I've heard of mixing it with your toothpaste or just making a paste with baking soda and water. So either way. I know people that have done and looks to have helped. I personally just go to the store and get the toothpaste w/baking soda in it. It's not any different I'm sure. Toothpaste companies are just making money…because it's easier for someone to but their product rather then make it themselves. You should try it. Also, rinsing with hydrogen peroxide helps too. I do this. It's safe so long as you don't sallow of course.. as with all mouthwash. Crest whitening mouthwash has hydrogen peroxide in it.
They are both safe so there’s no harm in trying. If it fails, there’s always your dentist : )

Oh and too much soda, citrus fruit, wine, coffee, and juice are all bad for your teeth…. only if you have to much. All those things have proven to wear on your enamel.. and when that happens, you get a grey look on your teeth : ( And smoking of course makes them look yellow too.

Baking soda is inexpensive way to whiten teeth. It's good when combining with hydrogen peroxide. It's work. But you must do it once a week.
If you’re interested, you can try this product. It's another way to whiten your teeth in easy ways. This product can whiten your teeth in minutes, easy to use at home, safe and whiten up to 8 shades. The one I like is they offer free trial. It means you can try it first before you make purchasing. Just try it. If it's worth you can purchase it. Hope it helps! Here’s the link :
