im 5'8″ and i weight like 150 i am looking to lose like, 20-30 lbs. any suggestions. like diets. i dont have that much time to exersice.

Well, it depends. If you are feeling light-headed during exercise, then you should DEFINETLY stop. Yes, if you're body is telling you to stop (unless it's an emergency) tell it to keep going. It will improve your stamina a LOT. I normally run 2-3 miles a day to keep in shape.

Lately I've been feeling reeeally dehydrated and I've been drinking a lot of water and Juicy Juice. But I'd like something a little more flavorful than plain tap water, but not as heavy as regular juice. Any suggestions?
