I have frequent digestion issues and I heard that cayenne pepper is good for this. I burp a lot and have GERD as well as IBS and don't have a gallbladder anymore. I have lost weight, quit smoking, and started getting lots of healthy foods into my system yet I still have digestive issues it seems…any help is appreciated, if you know any other herbs, flower essences, or anything natural that can help it would be a great.

Answer:
Cayenne, or Chili peppers, contain capsaicin, a phytonutrient that dissolves blood clots, opens air passages, acts as an expectorant and decongestant, and helps prevent emphysema, bronchitis, and stomach ulcers… Capsaicin may alleviate headaches when inhaled and jiont pain when injected… Hot paprika is a natural aspirin… Hot peppers in foods speed up metabolism, which burns calories… they also contain antibacterial and antioxidant abilities… a pinch of cayenne, sipped in warm water, helps relieve symptoms of chest congestion.

Cayenne is an excellent blood thinner, stimulates blood flow improving circulation and is excellent for the Circulatory System. Because cayenne is such a rich source of vitamin K - a blood coagulant, it can stop bleeding very swiftly. Aids Acid Indigestion and the digestive System too.It is also good for resolving pain–Particularly in the lumbar region and Speeds Metabolic Rate

So likely, as a bandaid affect it would work ……. i would suggest that you need to get to the source of your problem and find out what it causing the bad digestion.

Ditch the milk and dairy products i say …….. many many people find it extremely hard to digest lactose contained in milk and dairy products……….. i would hazard a guess that’s what's at the root of your excessive belching, burping and “IBS” issues ……. IBS really is just a b.s. name Doctors made up because they really aren't trained to pinpoint and diagnose food intolerances and allergies.

pump up your intake of fresh fish such as salmon and tuna and leafy and green vegies like celery, buk choy, broccolli, kale chard & fresh fruits~ all rich in calcium….. the fish is rich in both calcium and vitamin D and magnesium …. which are all essential for calcium's effective absorption……… ditch the pre packaged and junky type foods and try to base your meals around foods that you have prepared yourself …. fresh from God's table….. living vital healthy fresh fruits and vegies, lean meats and fishes, organic nuts and seeds like almonds, brazil nuts and sunflower seeds, wholegrains and cereals like brown rice, quinoa (pronounced keen-wah), buckwheat, peas beans and lentils….. nuture your precious vitality and do your best to wean right off the packaged foods ……. if you eat any ……. but do it slowly so that the detox isn't nasty.

The calcium found in vegies and fruits has a greater impact on bone health than calcium from dairy products anyways…. a study published in The Americal Journal of clinical nutrition (2002) found that a high intake of vegies and fruits has a positive impact on bone health, but dairy didn’t.

Dairy products contain animal proteins, which speed the elimination of calcium from the body and make it more acidic. This can cause calcium to leach from the bones and cause problems with magnesium (essential for healthy nerve and muscle functioning and for heart health ~ known as the antistress mineral) absorption, leading to osteoporosis. In addition, we absorb only 30 percent of the calcium found in milk, compared to 40 to 70 percent of the calcium found in vegies and fruits.

pretty disturbing actually when you take into account the way the milk and dairy industry pump us with their commercials to drink more milk !!

Cow's milk contains proteins that are difficult for humans to digest; when these undigested proteins enter the lower digestive system, they putrefy and cause digestive problems. Dairy products encourage the production of excess mucus in the body, burdening the respiratory, digestive and immune systems. Not surprisingly, when you ditch the milk and dairy people more often than not experience markedly fewer colds and sinus & respiratory infections.

Lactose intolerance can cause acid reflux, alternating bouts of constipation & diahorrea and will also lead to a compromised digestive system thus laying the groundwork for a body which is extremely susceptible to developing nose, throat, sinus, ear, bronchial, bladder and other infections as well……. Other symptoms of lactose intolerance are mucous in the stools, bloating and cramping, digestive troubles such as constipation, excessive belching and burping, gassiness and wet f*arting (sorry, no other way to say it), ribbony and stringy shaped bowel movements or rabbit pellet shaped movements are all symptoms of lactose intolerance. ………… do you also suffer from insomnia, achy bones, bloating constipation, headaches and migraines, irritability and moodiness and nasty mood swings??? if so this is because by continuing to ingest foods to which you are intolerant ie ~ milk and dairy …… your body cannot digest them thus inhibiting calcium's (amongst others) absorption.

Please ensure that if you decide to supplement that it doesn't contain any lactose, wheat, yeast, gluten, preservatives or flavorings, sugar or yeast as none of these have any place in a good quality supplement anyways.

Also, take a good quality probiotic powder supplement ……. get one that is “Dairy Free” to ensure effective digestion and one that is in a powdered form and needs refridgeration ……. take it before your main meals as this will help with the digestive process by encouraging the growth of beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract …. probiotics will help to recolonise the beneficial bacteria in your gut …… it will also help maintain optimal intestinal pH, which, in turn, helps with complete digestion…… probiotics will increase the absorption of minerals, such as calcium, magnesium and sometimes iron too….. they also produce some of the B vitamins, including biotin, niacin, folic acid, pantothenic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin B6…… the B vitamins are essential for healthy neural, digestive and immune system functioning.

You have only vibrant health & vitality to gain by ditching the milk and dairy products mate …………. i sincerely do wish you the very ideal of health & vitality.

oh, kudos to you buddy 4 quitting the cigarrettes and taking control of your health and vitality !!! CoNgRaTuLaTiOnS !!!

i just know that if you try ditching the milk and dairy and focusing on fresh healthy green green vegies and fresh foods you'll conquer this …… i'm lactose intolerant, coeliac, severely soy intolerant and intolerant to processed sugar and a plethora of chemicals and “preservatives” they use in our packaged food ….. so, yeah, don't feel bad …. if i can conquer it anybody can hey.

have a great day.

peace baby

yes there’s a direct link to prostrate cancer and some correlation to MS…we’re the only species that drinks that milk of another species ..plus milk is the perfect food for the young of that species but since we aren't heavy cows, it isn’t good for us. raw milk isn’t horrific but rarely can Report Abuse
