okay so today i got a fever and i missed school so i was wondering what medicine should i use that gets rid of my fever?

medicine? You posted this in alternative medicine so here’s an substitute.
Take 3 egg whites and soak a couple paper towels in them. Put the paper towels on your feet and then put an old pair of socks over them to keep the egg white soaked towels on the souls of your feet. You can put plastic bags over the socks if you wish.
I know this sounds like something I’m making up but we found it on Curezone.com and it worked for my wife. In 4 hours a fever she had for 2 days was gone and never came back.
