all herbs heal..just in many different ways. dandelion leaves/root can purify your blood and liver, chamomile soothes a stomach, headaches, skin rashes etc.. calendula can be used for skin complaints as well. arnica is used for muscles aches and pains..the list is endless with herbs. there are thousands!

all food are medicines, however herbs became medicine because of the results they gave in the body…..it would depend on what you’re looking for, and what action is needed to rectify the imbalance, for eg. Hawthorn berries, fully support and heal the cardio vascular system….in that it lowers B/P, clears cholesterol,re elastisies the valves of the heart and the muscle, strengthens the arteries and veins and cleans the blood.
