I know it's good for long baths but what if I want to use it in the shower? Is that possible? Thanks in advance.
Answer:
Epsom salt gives benefit for joint pains and other rheumatic pains when used in warm water and body soaked in it for a period of time. Shower cannot bestow that benefit.
Answer:
VB, I disagree with the other answer, you most soak in a tub of water for epsom salts to work effectivley on the sore, sprained, whatever the ach, you need to soak it , the shower will just wash off like soap.
Answer:
Yes you can, but to what use. The skin has to absorb the salt and that would be pretty hard mission to accomplish.
Answer:
Nope. Not possible at all. If you do, your head might explode. Easy physics.
