Snowman -

There are completely alternatives to treating ADHD. I would encourage you to think beyond medication or non-medication.

While medication has been shown to effectively treat ADHD, there are several other ways / methods to manage your symptoms.

I would start with first understanding exactly how your ADHD impacts your life.

What symptoms do you experience?

How do they interfere with different areas of your life?

What are your goals in terms of managing your ADHD?

What do you want to accomplish in life?

What types of resources / supports do you have in your life? (Therapist, partner, coach, mentor, etc…)

I would strongly encourage you to find a therapist and / or coach to aid you in this process. I would also absolutely have a conversation with a psychiatrist (ADHD specialist) about your specific ADHD - so that you can come up with a realistic plan.

You’ll also want to consider the following:

Natural supplements

Health, balanced diet

Exercise

Strategies

Just a begin! Good luck…

Answer:
Australian Bush Flower Essences Cognis is very useful for the ADHD and they have the ability to also be used to help the high blood pressure as well and are not herbal or drugs.

high blood pressure suggestions on page 310 of “Australian Bush Flower Healing” by Ian White

ISBN-10: 073380

Yahoo email group discussing Australian Bush Flower Essences

Go through the book and read what each of the suggested essences has listed for them and see which of them resonates for for you, pick the top 5 or 6 and if the condition is chronic (over 6 week in duration) take at least 2 months.

Fish oils are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and will also help to possibly prevent depression;

~ alleviate rheumatoid arthritis;

~ offer protection against migraines and kidney disease;

~ enhance the immune system;

~ lower blood pressure;

~ keep skin, hair and nails healthy;

~ lower LDL cholesterol and triglycerides;

~ reduce blood viscosity;

~ help prevent heart attacks and strokes……;0)

To increase your Omega 3 intake ~

~ grind whole organic flaxseeds in a coffee grinder and sprinkle over fresh fruit;

~ throw a handful of organic walnuts into a green leafy salad;

~ add a tablespoon of flaxseed oil to your morning smoothie;

~ eat oily, cold water fresh fish like salmon, mackerel or tuna at least three times a week.

organic with the nuts and seeds to avoid the nasty sulfites and other chemicals they use to “preserve” them that may upset sensitive bodies …….;0)

hope this helps u

cheers
