orange peel boiled in water to make a tea. Drink three times a day. Watch what you eat (broccoli, cabbage…a no no)
Answer:
Herbs that you might have at home such as chamomile, peppermint, fennel, anise and lemon balm have a carminative affect and will have to reduce your gas pain. If you get gas pain a lot you might need to take steps to improve your digestion. 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or lemon jiuce in a small glass of water taken about 30 minutes before meals will get the digestive juices flowing. Also, probiotics and foods containing probiotics such as yogurt will help the digestion lower down.
Answer:
Charcoal tablets - you can get them at most drug stores - Rite Aid, Walgreen's, etc. They're fantastic for anything you would take pepto for, they absorb gas bubbles, thus relieving the pain, and they're helpful if you've had a tiny too much to drink, as they absorb any and all stomach contents. That being stated, you shouldn't take charcoal for 2-3 hours either side of taking any important medicines.

Gas-X works really well for this. I’ve this issue infrequently but when I do the pain is enough to double me over and wish I were dead. Simeticone works pretty well. Screw home remedies, which may or may not work, I'll take something tested in a lab than something cooked up by someone who never read a single page out of a textbook on human physiology any day!
Still, I'd be willing to give any 'home remedy' a try if it sounds enjoy it might have some biological plausibility.
Answer:
My favorites are ginger tea, peppermint tea or fennel (tea or seeds)
you can also chew peppermint leaves, or chew a tiny ginger root
also try a hot water bottle on the stomach - or massaging your stomach gently, to get things moving (you can add a few drops of lavender oil to some almond oil or olive oil for the massage to rest your stomach muscles nicely)
Hope you’re feeling better soon
Answer:
do you know the reason for the gas pain? is it something you ate? indigestion? anxiety? ibs? a medicine you're taking? an unhealthy lifestyle? pregnancy? i would advocate fennel tea for mild indigestion related gas, but i could give you more recommendations if i knew why you were having gas problems.
Answer:
Read the instructions on the side your baking soda box: I think a spoonful in water will help disperse gas in the gut, and a vinegar-in-water will do the same.
Answer:
Chew on fennel seeds or make tea from the powder. But chewing seems to be stronger. Aids with digestion and gas after eating. Also helps with period pain.
Answer:
Try ginger juice.
