I believe its called a Spinal Decompression Unit. It is similar to a Medieval rack but very gentle. It has an 86% success rate.

I call it the rack!!! =)….but I believe it is called a back extension machine. It pulls the vertebrae and allows the disks to fall back into the normal position. It supposedly helps with bulging disks. I have personally used one of these machines when I was in physical therapy for a ruptured and bulging disk. I suppose it worked….I still have pain, but not as bad.
