what are the ideal pressure points for a headache?
Answer:
all around the temples, eyebrows, eye sockets, and on your hands, use your knuckles if this does not injured too much to press firmly; right in the middle between your thumb and pointer finger (squeeze firmly there) If you have a sinus headache, on either side of your nostrils is a very sensitive spot that always helps me
Answer:
depends what kind of headache. for the tension headache it could be the top of the neck where the muscles of the neck attach to the head. for my headache I always press the temples and the bridge of the nose. sometimes on the sinuses under the eyes and there is also a good point just above your ears
Answer:
I second what truth! stated. That part of your hands is somehow connected to the nerves that make us feel headaches. I've tried massaging that area when I have a headache and within 5 minutes, the headache is gone. I also did some slow, deep breathing at the same time because increased oxygen to the brain is also helpful.
Answer:
The meaty part of you palms towards the thumbs, I’ve always use that pressure point and the headache will vanish like magic.
Answer:
It all depends on the type of headache.
I never use pressure points. The best way to get rid of a headache is self-hypnosis.
